Sicknurse go back almost 30 years under different names, supporting the Fall and Joy division.

I still have warm feelings for this band so it will remain here.

The Regulations is the working name for my solo stuff.
I played all the instruments (which desperately need re-recording) and I had a good friend from work help me out with the vocals.
If you have ever heard me sing, you would jam a pencil in my eye, hence Helen

Animals in Soup.
The animals are the tracks in question, just waiting to be fed by the right musician or musicians to enable them to grow.
The soup is the primeval state they are in, ever evolving and just waiting for a push in any direction.
